Special (Non-Working) Day in Angeles City on October 09 and 27, 2017 (Proclamation No. 323, S. 2017)

Proclamation No. 323 declaring Monday, 09 October 2017 and Friday, 27 October 2017, as a Special (Non-Working) Day in the City of Angeles marks the opening day of the Kuliat Festival (Fiestang Kuliat) and the Tigtigan Terakan Keng Dalan, a festival which symbolizes the resilience of the people during the Mt. Pinatubo eruption, on 09 October 2017 and 27 October 2017, respectively.
